Real estate crowdfunding is a modern approach to property investment that leverages the power of the internet by using an online platform to pool funds from multiple investors to finance real estate projects. Crowdfunding investors who decide to buy a co-ownership interest after staying in the property can roll over their original crowdfunding investment and/or investment returns into the purchase of a co-ownership interest at a discounted price.
